Do you ship to my country?

For shipments outside THESSALONIKI CITY even for abroad the order will be made by arrangement.

How soon will I receive my order?

For shipments outside THESSALONIKI CITY even for abroad the order will be made by arrangement. For inside THESSALONIKI CITY due to the conditions the delivery time will be 10 to 15 working days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days through the fault of our company.

The withdrawal period will end after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third part which you indicate, other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods are made by bank or cash on delivery. There are two options for payment through a bank, the use of a card or by bank deposit in the business account.

Purchases over five hundred (500) euros and inside THESSALONIKI CITY are made free of charge and for purchases over one thousand (1000) euros and outside THESSALONIKI CITY the offer is made by arrangement.
