Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days through the fault of our company.

The withdrawal period will end after 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third part which you indicate, other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (eg letter sent by post, fax or email). Our contact details are below. You can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not required.

If you use this option, we will notify you of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example via email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, all you have to do is submit your statement of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping method offered by us), without unjustified delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of this return.

You must send the return of the goods or deliver them in person to us or receive them by an authorized person from us, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from the this contract. The deadline expires if you return the goods before the end of the 14 day period.

We may delay the refund until we receive the return of the goods or provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You will have to bear the immediate cost of returning the goods.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the management, in addition to what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal and therefore some items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will let you know if this is the case for you.

Exemption from the right of withdrawal

The company does not accept returns for products that are considered special constructions and have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications, as well as to modified existing products, in which the customer has declared personalized dimensions, color, and more.
